Kids’ Pond Ecology Workshop - FULL - Registration Closed
Saturday May 25, 11am – 12pm
This event is for kids only!  Create your own mini pond to take home.  Kids aged 5 – 10 will learn about pond ecology and even take a wetland tour.  There will be a registration fee of $20.00 per pond to cover the cost of supplies.  A limited number of spaces are available.   Please register before May 18.

The Snake Lady
Saturday May 25, 11 am - 3 pm
Always popular, “The Snake Lady,” Valerie Williams, will bring her fascinating selection of reptiles and amphibians.  An educational and informative experience for both children and adults.

Koi Sale
June 8, 12pm – 3pm
A Koi fancier’s dream.  Large premium-quality Koi, supplied by The Water’s Edge, a biosecure facility, will be available for sale.  A numbering system will be used to ensure that you will be served on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

The Snake Lady
Saturday  July 20, 11 am - 3 pm
Valerie Williams “The Snake Lady” will present her unique collection of reptiles and amphibians.  A ‘hands on’ experience that provides an opportunity for children and adults to learn more about these special creatures.

Pond Tour
Saturday  July 27, 11am – 3pm
Sign up to tour  Port Stanley and area ponds at your own pace.  A few select ponds will be showcased.  Pond owners will be available to answer questions.  There will be a $5 fee per person which will all be donated to the Matt Mailing Memorial Fund for Organ Transplant Research.   Check our summer newsletter for details.
